LUKA GRUBIŠIĆ

Post-graduation, Luka worked alongside top designers in New York including Oscar de La Renta, Dennis Basso, and Nicolas Petrou. He helped Mr. de La Renta and his team to create designs for the company's Ready-To-Wear and for various fashion shows, including the Fall 2005 and Spring 2006 Fashion Weeks. Luka also worked for Nicolas Petrou and contributed to the acclaimed debut collection for the Madison Avenue store launch in 2007. More at http://lukag.com/

These were all shows at Cro-a-porter. I wasn't too much impressed with it, even with those who are otherwise excellent, but in almost every collection I'd found a piece that I would put on myself. All collections are a little to dark, and all a little too reminiscent of the world's top designers. But I am not an expert, so this is my personal opinion.
I wanted to write you few words about every designer, but I don't have time to surf the internet whole day and I think that today in the era of internet everybody should have their own web page.

XD Xenia Design

Fashion designer Ksenija Vrbanić in 1986 in her hometown Čakovec opened Studio for clothes design. Today, XD XENIA DESIGN is an equal member of all important fashion happenings of World fashion scene whose recognition made Mrs Ksenija Vrbanic the leading designer in Croatia.
